Hiab/Lorry Mounted Cranes

R M Page have articulated tractor units mounted with cranes, coupled to either a Goldhofer single or double extendable trailer. These are specialised vehicles purchased specifically for the purpose of transporting long lenths of rail, but can be used for any long load. We currently move 100ft, 80ft and 60ft rails, switches and crossings for companies all over the country from Scotland to Cornwall. The trailers have manual overrides for the steering thus enabling entry at the tightest of access points. The cranes are fitted with remote controls allowing the operator to oversee any lift from the best possible position.
